Hair Care


Hair care is must to get full of strength, shine, vital and healthy hair. Along with external precautions and applications, diet and lifestyle are also important factors that influence whole body and health of hair. Quality of hair is also affected by irregular and poor dietary habits, illness and deficiency in mineral or vitamins. Various disorders like thinning and falling of hair, dandruff, patchy and pattern baldness, graying coddle the hair quality. For healthy and well being of hair, some basic guidelines which can be followed by everyone at home are :

Avoid over-combing or over-brushing. Use mild shampoo and apply it by diluting that shampoo in soft or mineral water.
